Where can I find my immunisation history statement? A person can obtain their immunisation history statement from the Australian Government using myGov, the Medicare mobile app or by calling the Australian Immunisation Register and requesting a statement to be posted. While it is not compulsory in all States and Territories to hold a Working with Children Check or equivalent, it is recommended that interpreters obtain one.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to advise if you hold a current Working with Children Check. The relevant registration is required for assignments with persons under 18 years.
