NDIS Worker Screening Clearance - Mandatory Requirement 

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is now mandatory for all Wesley Mission Queensland staff.

This clearance

  • Is required for all Wesley Mission Queensland staff including those who work with NDIS participants

  • Replaces Wesley Mission Queensland's three-yearly Police Check requirement

  • Valid for five years and

  • Transferable across all Australian states and territories. 

 

Note this is separate to the online Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'.  NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is an actual clearance or Check. 

 

How to apply for NDIS Worker Screening Clearance?

The application process in each state varies. Please refer to the relevant state websites. 

In applications where you are asked for Employer Name or Employer ID, please use the following

  • Wesley Mission Queensland

  • ID 4-3LLK-741

If there are additional information that you need for your application, please email communications@nabs.org.au

 

Average waiting time is 4-6 weeks. To avoid delay, apply as soon as possible. Retain receipt for your tax return.

 

When you get your confirmed clearance, please forward the official email containing confirmation of clearance to communications@nabs.org.au
