Debriefing policy and informantion for Interpreters
NABS offers the following arrangements for interpreters should they feel the need to debrief following any NABS interpreting assignment. All debriefing sessions remain strictly confidential and a brief record of the request for debriefing will be logged. This will be discussed with interpreters at the time of contact.
In the first instance please call the Manager or the Call Centre Coordinator at NABS on 1800 24 69 45 You can choose to debrief with a senior staff member at NABS or
You can choose to access the Interlock Employee Assistance Program which is an external counselling service avialable through Wesley Mission Brisbane. Interpreters can access 2 sessions per year free of charge. Information on Interlock can be viewed on www.interlock.org
